You can embed it directly in your own website, let people subscribe to it from Google or Outlook, and control exactly who's allowed to add or change events.

It's priced per calendar, not per user, so a volunteer team or a multi-location organization isn't penalized for having a lot of people who only need to see what's happening. We purchased itin 2023 and have run it ever since.
